Welcome to Akshaya CRM ("Service"), a product designed specifically for Akshaya Centres in Kerala, operated by Akshaya CRM ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

1. Use of Service

By using Akshaya CRM, you agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service in a way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to register for an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities under your account.

3. Payment and Billing

• Free Trial: Users are entitled to a 2-month free trial upon registration.
• Monthly Payment: After the trial period, you will be billed on a monthly basis unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends.
• Cancellation: You must cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial to avoid being charged. If not canceled, you will be billed starting from the 3rd month. After the trial period, you can cancel at any time.

4. Service-Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to ensure the Service remains available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and will not be held liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

5. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by providing a written notice at least 2 months in advance. We reserve the right to terminate your account for any breach of these Terms.

6. Refund Policy

Payments made after the free trial are non-refundable. However, if you cancel before the end of the trial, you will not be charged.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve them amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Kerala, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
